Enjoy a full-course, plated Peruvian meal, and a keynote presentation by Bishop James Collins.

Bishop James E. Collins is the presiding Bishop and visionary leader of Eagle Heights Cathedral in Revere, MA. He is partnered with various outreach and missions ministries including Crossroads Community International Fellowship- Central America, Kitchen of Love in Guatemala, Convoy of Hope, and Eagle Heights extensions in Chile and Bolivia. He also served on staff here at Crossroads as our youth pastor for several years. 

This event will be a special time of celebration of what God is doing around the world, and more specifically through Crossroads in Peru. 

We will be inspired to join with other believers in learning about, praying for, and supporting this missions work in Peru. 

COST: $60/person (includes a full meal of appetizers, entrée, and dessert).Three meal options are:

• Pollo a la Brasa
  Airline chicken breast with mashed yucca, asparagus, aji amarillo, Peruvian pesto, and toasted pecans.
• Lomo Saltado
  Tender beef with Bermuda onion, Peruvian chaufa (fried rice), blistered tomatoes, pisco jus.
• Vegetable Paella (Vegan)
  Paella rice, seasonal vegetables, cashews.
