Crossroads desires to be a safe place for you in the midst of your mental health challenge. Mental health issues  are primarily a medical condition and do not reflect a person's spirituality. Mental health struggles most often benefit from a caring community, medical care and professional counseling. Crossroads Mental Health Support Ministry desires to walk by your side in your journey to wellness.

Many people find it hard to admit that they are struggling with a mental health challenge. We are here to tell you that it’s okay and that you are not alone in your struggle.

It's important to understand that your mental health struggles do not define who you are, it is God who defines us; when His Word refers to us it is in words like “beloved”, “His very own”, He calls us “complete” in Him. If this is how He sees us, we need to try to see ourselves in this same light.
