The purpose of the First Step/Next Step is to equip new Christians to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ by laying the foundation of faith so that they become united to the Lord and to fellow believers in the same way that Jesus and the Father are one.
First Step Ministry is a group of new believers who have accepted Jesus Christ and have a desire to grow and become fully devoted followers of Christ. This group meets to discuss various topics such as:
Friendship with God
Developing intimacy with God
Walking with Jesus in everyday life
Experiencing the power of Jesus Christ
Next Step Ministry consists of believers who desire to grow further in Christ. This group meets regularly to discuss more complex topics such as:
Becoming part of God’s new community
Using your gifts, time and resources
Becoming a person of influence
A small discussion group consisting of more mature believers within the Ministry explore various topics such as:
Holiness, Worship and Destiny
Small group setting
Annual Retreat
Opportunities to develop long term friendships
Develop growth and leadership skills
