A Message From Pastor Sean & Amy Regarding Reopening Plans
As most of you know, last June we began re-opening for in-person services. We re-opened in phases to make sure that we were following all appropriate safety protocols and that we were doing everything we can to make our worship services safe.
We are excited to share with you that Governor Lamont has removed the cap on permitted capacity for Houses of Worship. We are now permitted to use 50% of our capacity with no cap.
We also plan to open our Kids’ Ministry in a phased manner beginning in March 2021. Click HERE for more information.
Please know that while we are now are able to accommodate more people, we will only admit the number of people that we are able to safely social distance. Reservations are required to attend services. Click HERE for details about our safety protocols.
While worship services may feel different than they did prior the pandemic, it is still amazing to come to together as a family of believers to worship the Lord together. Each week, we are told by people who attend how much they need and appreciate this time together.
The Bible tells us in Hebrews 10:25 not to forsake the gathering together. That is because we were created for community. Good things happen when we worship God to together, when we leave behind the distractions of home and spend focused time with God, and when we serve in the Body of Christ. The church needs to be together.
If you are over 65 or have underlying conditions or are caring for someone in those situations, you should not feel guilty about not coming to in-person services at this time. You are part of what we call our Online Campus. Participate in our online services and find ways to connect to other believers, through things like phone calls and ZOOM small groups. If you aren’t sure how to do that, email Pastor Luke Monahan at and he will help you find a place of connection in our online campus
Whether you are worshipping with us in person or online, you are part of the Crossroads family! Let’s stay continue to worship our Lord together!
In this time, it is so important that we all keep focused on the Word of God and stay connected to the church community. In addition to participating in our in-person or online services, here are other ways you can do that:
• Connect your teens to our Youth Resources
• Connect your kids to the Kids Resources
• Connect to the Young Adult Ministries
• Call or the church anytime to talk to a pastor and/or submit a prayer request.
• Invite others to the online weekend services.
• Sign up on our online giving platform HERE.
• Follow us on social media (Instagram and Facebook) to keep up to date with everything that is happening.
